The most reproducible PFKL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Glucose catabolic process, and Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with PFKL in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKL-to-partner and partner-to-PFKL results are reported.
