Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PFKL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PFKL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4X2, KRTAP1-1, and RPL10L. Each is linked with PFKL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKL-to-partner and partner-to-PFKL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4X2 grouped by PFKL-low versus PFKL-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFKL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFKL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
