PFKFB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFKFB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,310 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFKFB4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD2, P4HA1, and CA9. Each is linked with PFKFB4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKFB4-to-partner and partner-to-PFKFB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFKFB4 versus PLOD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFKFB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFKFB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
