PFDN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFDN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFDN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM7P1, WDR45BP1, and ATP6V1E1P2. Each is linked with PFDN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN4-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM7P1 grouped by PFDN4-low versus PFDN4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFDN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFDN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
