Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,535 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PFAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR2A, VRK1, and SF3B3. Each is linked with PFAS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFAS-to-partner and partner-to-PFAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFAS versus POLR2A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
