Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,318 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX5L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB6B, SMARCC2, and USP13. Each is linked with PEX5L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX5L-to-partner and partner-to-PEX5L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX5L versus RAB6B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
