PEX5L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX5L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and PCNA. Each is linked with PEX5L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX5L-to-partner and partner-to-PEX5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by PEX5L-low versus PEX5L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
