PEX5L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,559 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX5L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, and Host-mediated perturbation of viral transcription. Each is linked with PEX5L in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX5L-to-partner and partner-to-PEX5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transport along microtubule grouped by PEX5L-low versus PEX5L-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
