Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX5L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL2, AICDA, and PSG8. Each is linked with PEX5L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX5L-to-partner and partner-to-PEX5L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYL2 grouped by PEX5L-low versus PEX5L-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
