PEX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,059 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTTY2, PGAP2, and TKFC. Each is linked with PEX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX5-to-partner and partner-to-PEX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTTY2 grouped by PEX5-low versus PEX5-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
