PEX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 720 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2W5, MS4A10, and CRYGC. Each is linked with PEX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX5-to-partner and partner-to-PEX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2W5 grouped by PEX5-low versus PEX5-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
