PEX12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,155 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX12-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN2P32, HMGN2P24, and MRPS36P1. Each is linked with PEX12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX12-to-partner and partner-to-PEX12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGN2P32 grouped by PEX12-low versus PEX12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
