Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PET100 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PET100-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4262, BCRP6, and MIR6075. Each is linked with PET100 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PET100-to-partner and partner-to-PET100 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PET100→partner) and Y-score (partner→PET100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
