Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PER3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,730 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLSCR4, CKB, and RPL34P1. Each is linked with PER3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PER3-to-partner and partner-to-PER3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PER3 versus PLSCR4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
