PER3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PER3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,963 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1, LINC00909, and MTFP1. Each is linked with PER3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PER3-to-partner and partner-to-PER3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCC1 grouped by PER3-low versus PER3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
