Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PENK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,192 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PENK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN2, CAVIN1, and CAVIN3. Each is linked with PENK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PENK-to-partner and partner-to-PENK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PENK versus TLN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PENK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PENK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
