PENK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PENK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PENK-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, ADRA1A, and PRND. Each is linked with PENK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PENK-to-partner and partner-to-PENK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRHR grouped by PENK-low versus PENK-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PENK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PENK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
