Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 513 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PELO-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-68P, RNU7-63P, and RNA5SP419. Each is linked with PELO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELO-to-partner and partner-to-PELO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-68P grouped by PELO-low versus PELO-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELO→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
