PELATON

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELATON RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,081 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELATON-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA6, NCF2, and OSCAR. Each is linked with PELATON in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELATON-to-partner and partner-to-PELATON results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELATON→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELATON) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
