Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PELATON RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PELATON data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher PELATON RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PELATON expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and HNSC show a favorable association.
UVM, ACC, and BRCA are the cancer types where PELATON RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
