PELATON

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PELATON RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,789 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PELATON-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1F, NCF2, and NCF4. Each is linked with PELATON in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PELATON-to-partner and partner-to-PELATON results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PELATON→partner) and Y-score (partner→PELATON) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
