PEF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,801 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSRP1, LDLRAP1, and MASP2. Each is linked with PEF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEF1-to-partner and partner-to-PEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEF1 versus RSRP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
