PEBP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,417 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEBP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURA, RFC1_T506, and KPNA2. Each is linked with PEBP4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEBP4-to-partner and partner-to-PEBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEBP4 versus PURA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
