PEBP1P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEBP1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,218 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEBP1P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK2, WAS, and WDFY4. Each is linked with PEBP1P3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEBP1P3-to-partner and partner-to-PEBP1P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEBP1P3 versus DOCK2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEBP1P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEBP1P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
