Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PEBP1P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PEBP1P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher PEBP1P3 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PEBP1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BLCA show a favorable association.

UCS, BLCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where PEBP1P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
