PDZRN4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDZRN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 298 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDZRN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DICER1, PHF7, and STUB1. Each is linked with PDZRN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDZRN4-to-partner and partner-to-PDZRN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDZRN4 versus DICER1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDZRN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDZRN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
