PDZK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDZK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,440 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDZK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PBLD, ABAT, and GAMT. Each is linked with PDZK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDZK1-to-partner and partner-to-PDZK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDZK1 versus PBLD in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDZK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDZK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
