PDXP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDXP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,034 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDXP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-628P, RNA5SP419, and SMIM28. Each is linked with PDXP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXP-to-partner and partner-to-PDXP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-628P grouped by PDXP-low versus PDXP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDXP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDXP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
