PDXP-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDXP-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,717 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDXP-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3BP1, REL, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with PDXP-DT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDXP-DT-to-partner and partner-to-PDXP-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDXP-DT versus SH3BP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDXP-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDXP-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
