Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDSS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,446 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP93, RN7SKP294, and RN7SL361P. Each is linked with PDSS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDSS2-to-partner and partner-to-PDSS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP93 grouped by PDSS2-low versus PDSS2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
