Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDRG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,845 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are URI1, NEK2, and CENPF. Each is linked with PDRG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDRG1-to-partner and partner-to-PDRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDRG1 versus URI1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
