Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP137, MIR4716, and CCND3P2. Each is linked with PDRG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDRG1-to-partner and partner-to-PDRG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP137 grouped by PDRG1-low versus PDRG1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
