Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, LGI1, and C1QL2. Each is linked with PDP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDP1-to-partner and partner-to-PDP1 results are reported.
