Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDILT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,086 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDILT-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBF4B, SKA3, and AURKA. Each is linked with PDILT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDILT-to-partner and partner-to-PDILT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DBF4B grouped by PDILT-low versus PDILT-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDILT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDILT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
