Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PDILT RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PDILT data layer compared with 11 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PDILT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PDILT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and KIRP show a favorable association.
UCEC, CESC, and SKCM are the cancer types where PDILT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
