Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,863 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDIA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are YBX1P5, GTF2IP3, and RNU6-944P. Each is linked with PDIA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA5-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YBX1P5 grouped by PDIA5-low versus PDIA5-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
