PDIA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,313 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDIA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPINT1, SNAP23, and AAGAB. Each is linked with PDIA3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA3-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDIA3 versus SPINT1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
