Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,628 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDIA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKAP1, TUB, and PPIB. Each is linked with PDIA3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA3-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA3 results are reported.
