Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDIA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,657 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDIA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP6-2, RNA5SP325, and RNU1-57P. Each is linked with PDIA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDIA3-to-partner and partner-to-PDIA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP6-2 grouped by PDIA3-low versus PDIA3-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDIA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDIA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
