PDHB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDHB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,381 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, RNU1-14P, and YTHDF3-AS1. Each is linked with PDHB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHB-to-partner and partner-to-PDHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-58P grouped by PDHB-low versus PDHB-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
