PDHA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDHA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,835 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDHA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARL1, PECAM1_S729, and VSIR. Each is linked with PDHA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDHA2-to-partner and partner-to-PDHA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDHA2 versus ARL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDHA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDHA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
