Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,793 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDGFRA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, RAI14, and TMEM119. Each is linked with PDGFRA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFRA-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDGFRA versus PRKG1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
