PDGFRA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDGFRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDGFRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPY1R, WDR41, and ALDH6A1. Each is linked with PDGFRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFRA-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFRA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPY1R grouped by PDGFRA-low versus PDGFRA-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
