Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDGFB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDGFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P29, TERF1P1, and TLE7. Each is linked with PDGFB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFB-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P29 grouped by PDGFB-low versus PDGFB-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDGFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDGFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
