The most reproducible PDGFB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metanephric glomerular mesangium development, Metanephric glomerulus vasculature development, and Regulation of phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PDGFB in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDGFB-to-partner and partner-to-PDGFB results are reported.
