PDE8A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PDE8A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 115 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L4, SPTA1, and OR2B2. Each is linked with PDE8A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE8A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEC14L4 grouped by PDE8A-low versus PDE8A-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
