Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE6D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 163 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE6D-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, SEPTIN7P12, and MIR8057. Each is linked with PDE6D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE6D-to-partner and partner-to-PDE6D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-58P grouped by PDE6D-low versus PDE6D-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE6D→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE6D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
