Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE4DIPP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PDE4DIPP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4692, RN7SL248P, and MIR7976. Each is linked with PDE4DIPP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE4DIPP6-to-partner and partner-to-PDE4DIPP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4692 grouped by PDE4DIPP6-low versus PDE4DIPP6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE4DIPP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE4DIPP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
