PDE4D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE4D mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE4D-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRCA2, Annexin-1, and ERK2. Each is linked with PDE4D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE4D-to-partner and partner-to-PDE4D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRCA2 grouped by PDE4D-low versus PDE4D-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
