PDE3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PDE3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,280 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PDE3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM13C, TAGLN, and MYL9. Each is linked with PDE3A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PDE3A-to-partner and partner-to-PDE3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PDE3A versus FAM13C in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PDE3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PDE3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
